June 2014 LSAT Score Release Dates

Good luck to everyone taking the June 2014 LSAT!

The June 2014 LSAT scores / results are scheduled to be released via email by Monday, July 7, 2014, so you'll have to wait for your LSAT score.

(Note: Test-takers' LSAC accounts are listing Thursday, July 3, as the score release date. I'm guessing this means scores will be released on that day, or possibly even sooner!)

However, the scores usually come out a bit earlier than scheduled.

Let's look at the trend over the past several years (click to enlarge):

LSAC doesn't like to release scores on major holidays, so a July 4 score release is unlikely. Weekend releases are uncommon, but possible. My guess is that they'll be released either Thursday, July 3, or Saturday, July 6.

"But at what time specifically do scores come on score release days? I need to know when to constantly refresh my email / LSAC account!"

In batches over the course of several hours. Likely starting late in the day (Eastern Time).

No one knows how the batches are organized, if at all.

The batches do not seem to be organized in any of these ways:

alphabetical/regional/high-to-low scores/low-to-high scores/test center #, etc.

Wish everyone all the best!

Please feel free to vent and discuss your general thoughts on the exam in the comments, but no specifics about particular questions themselves, please. (LSAC doesn't permit such discussion.)

    1. This is the first time I've heard of there being a discrepancy between what LSAC says here on their website and what appears within test-takers' LSAC accounts.

Who knows? Maybe they'll be released July 3rd, or even a day or two before that!

  2. Mine says email date July 3rd as well.

    ReplyDelete
  3. If the release date is showing 7/3 right now, is there a possibility we could receive the results sooner than the 3rd?

    ReplyDelete
  4. Mine shows July 3 also- maybe they are just trying to have their predicted score release date fall more in line with the actual date?

    ReplyDelete
  5. Given that the past three years the score has been released within 21 days of the test, and anywhere from 2-4 days before the anticipated release, is it possible that the scores could be released the 30th? What do you all think

  7. The waiting is killing me.
Where is everyone? Last year this page was full of comments by now.

  8. Agreed, anyone seeing grey icons? I've got a feeling we may have to wait until tomorrow to start seeing scores.

  10. I hear they typically turn between 3-5pm est. Not giving up hope yet...

    ReplyDelete
  11. So, when is the latest the icons can turn grey?

    ReplyDelete
  12. I mean, if you look at it...in the last 10 years, they haven't taken more than 21 days...

    ReplyDelete
  13. still green in LA. been refreshing all day long.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Still nothing...going crazy!!

    ReplyDelete
  15. i took a testmasters course... they said they expect scored to be released today, already have applications due for new instructors tomorrow. does that mean anything? probably not.

    1. Not necessarily, but all the data seems to point today...

  16. Still no word from anyone?

    ReplyDelete
  17. Has anyone received their score?

    ReplyDelete
  18. Anyone know what time we will know that it won't be today?
Or is everyone as clueless as I am?

    ReplyDelete
  19. Still all green here...

  20. On the June 2013 thread it seems like the "Score Email Date" changed before the icons turned grey. I hope I'm wrong but i'm thinking things will start happening tomorrow. Hope I'm wrong though...

    ReplyDelete
  21. While the 21 day rule seems nice, there's also been no test to supersede the scheduled date by more than 4 days.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Except, the date for most of us is 7/3...which is 4 days from now.

      Delete
  22. But my account says July 3 for the scheduled email date.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Ahhh, that makes sense. Do we know if the date on the table is the date that was in accounts or the date that the LSAC listed? Or if it's never happened before (like mentioned above), then who knows.

    ReplyDelete
  24. So stay up all night waiting?

    ReplyDelete
  25. I was following another forum and somebody said that he called LSAC about the release date. According to him, they (LSAC) said that the scores would be released the week of July 3, but would not give any more clarification. Since July 7 is a different week, it makes sense that July 3 is the official release date and that the scores could come any time before then. Then again, who really knows?

  26. how do you guys feel about the curve? might get a couple points bc of the tough game?

    ReplyDelete
  33. No scores for me yet : (
Everyones logging on and slowing down that mail server right now.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Just kidding! No scores.. The email date says 7/3 so just wait til 7/3! No sense in stressing yourselves out its out of your hands, if they come before then then its a surprise if not then you can wait an extra 2.5 days, after all, you've waited 21 days already. Don't stress, we aced it! Cheers to being seniors!!

  44. LSAC will send an email to all registered June 2014 LSAT test takers the day they will begin sending scores saying that they will start sending the scores out in batches, i've taken the LSAT before so until that initial email is dropped, no scores have been released

    ReplyDelete
  45. What time does that email go out?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. It'll be sent around the time that LSAC types it up and is ready to send it out to us.

    2. I hope so! Up until test day, I hadn't gotten more than 2 questions incorrect on a logic games section in months. I had 11 minutes to do that game and literally GUESSED on the ENTIRE thing. Unreal. Now I'm PANICKED about my score because I was banking on a successful LG section. AGHHHH.

Also, the RC section that counted was harder than the RC experimental I got.

      Life sighs.

  54. Since no one has said they got them, does that mean it's unlikely they will come out today? Don't the batches start at 8:30am?

    ReplyDelete

    1. I've heard that typically they don't start until afternoon.

  55. What do people mean about the greyed out thing on the LSAC site? What becomes grey when they are releasing scores?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. When you got to your LSAT status page, there are a row of green boxes under the title "LSAT Documents" and they are currently green which means your status is unavailable. When they turn grey, that means the scores cannot be seen yet but are starting to be released in batches...at least I think that is what everyone is referencing.

      Delete
    3. University of Miami is also doing the same. I think more and more law schools are adjusting to the June test as the last resort (even though most say February) and I have heard law school applications are down.

    2. It's maddening. A lot of tests like this seem to be done on computers and you get your score isntantly (GRE comes to mind). I know during my test, they asked us some questions about technology at the beginning. Hopefully future generations won't have to go through the waiting hell.

    2. I applied for Fall 2014. Some of the schools I applied to accept June LSAT scores. I work and finished my undergrad this past Spring. So everything overlapped. I figured I'd try to get in this year, if not, I will study for 6 months and take the LSAT again in December. It's pretty difficult when you work trying to study for that test.

      Delete
    3. Oh, got it. I thought for sure that we would get LSAT scores today. Is it true, though, that they usually come out between 3 and 5pm eastern? I read that earlier in this list of posts. If that's true, there's still hope.

    2. Do they send an email saying that they're gonna send out scores that day or do they just send the email with your score?

      Delete
    3. The icons under the "LSAT Status" page turn gray when they've begun to release scores. Thinking it's definitely going to be Thursday I just wish they would be forthright with callers about that.

      Delete
    4. But it's been early every other test (except one snow stormy February). So why on earth would this take thill July 3, the original email date? (My account has said July 3 all along.)

      Delete
  77. I'm taking the delay as a sign that the scores are low. I'm just going to sign up for September...

    1. Why on earth would you say that means scores are low? Just because they can't get their butts moving doesn't mean we did poorly. Don't put the blame on us! lol

  78. "I'm taking the delay as a sign that the scores are low"

    Whats your logic behind that?

    ReplyDelete
  79. I have heard that they send the score in the email

    ReplyDelete
  80. When I got my Feb scores it was around 5 PM on a Sunday and the only e-mail I received was the one with my score and I didn't get the e-mail until after the scores had been posted to my LSAC account
