Here's a Logic Games question from the October 2004 LSAT.


We want to violate as many answer choices as possible to eliminate them. So, let's start with a diagram that will get rid of B and C, and then we'll deal with the other choices later (this diagram is a table with symbols...just imagine the numbers below the letters, so I don't have to draw it!

B, C are out. Now, we'll alter the diagram (in accordance with the rules) to eliminate more answer choices. It looks like we can get rid of A here:

A, D are out. E is correct.


Remember:

Use a diagram made of a table and symbols, as usual, to violate as many choices as possible, and alter it when needed (don't be afraid to do this, it won't take long).
