Good luck to everyone taking the September 2014 LSAT!
The September 2014 LSAT scores / results are scheduled to be released via email by Wednesday, October 22, 2014, so you'll have to wait for your LSAT score.
However, the scores usually come out a bit earlier than scheduled.
Let's look at the trend over the past several years (click to enlarge):
Given the general trend of releasing the scores a few days early, my guess is that LSAC will release the scores on Monday, October 20, 2014.
(Scores were likely late for the fall 2012 LSAT due to the fact that this was in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy. LSAC's office was closed).
"But at what time specifically do scores come on score release days? I need to know when to constantly refresh my email / LSAC account!"
In batches over the course of several hours. Likely starting late in the day (Eastern Time).
No one knows how the batches are organized, if at all.
The batches do not seem to be organized in any of these ways:
alphabetical/regional/high-to-low scores/low-to-high scores/test center #, etc.

I think it may be the 19th (yes a Sunday) or the 20th. But, who knows.
I had a dream last night that just consisted of me opening my email, seeing a really low score and then my dream self reminded itself it was just a dream, but then I kept getting these score emails that were really low... Can they please just release our scores?!

Your LSAT status will turn green when they are releasing. Not yet for me.
Mine is green, I thought it was grey is when they were getting ready to release.
I think it's red and turns green.
Those green arrows on your lsat status page will turn grey just before your score is emailed.
I'm guessing not on a Sunday, but oh would it be nice!
In 2009, I scored so badly on this exam but I since January 2010, I have studied for two hours every day to ensure that I achieve my goal. Why is LSAC taking SO long to send me my score...!!!!

Before I do that...for those who took the test in June, when did u receive your score?? 7 pm sounds dreadful.
I got my June score at 3:24 PM central time and I believe I was lucky enough to be in the first batch.

In June I got my Score on July 1 at 3:32 pm central time.
I took it in June and I got mine around 2:30pm CST.
In February I received my score at 1:30 pm central time. Came in an email before I started refreshing my LSAC account so I do not know when it turned grey for me.
Its only 11:51! this is dreadful

What's this about this about the legend going grey/green?
Usually one hour before your scores are sent, when u login to your lsac page on the lsat section u get the icon at the bottom that turn grey "cannot be displayed" cause theyre about to come out

I think everyone goes grey at the same time, and their dates will change at the same time. But scores will be in batches

No reason. The longer into the day we go with everything still green on the LSAC page the greater the chance we won't see results today. Since e-mail results are at least an hour or two after icons turn grey. If icons aren't grey by 4 then I'm betting on tomorrow.
This is absolute torture.

Prior discussions on other forms suggest results are not released until late afternoon. I think we are all still ok. Hopefully this evening batches will start coming out.
From what I understand, grey usually comes between 2 and 3 EST. So we've got another hour or so before we really start to worry.
It seems like when they are predicted to be released on Wednesday they're released Monday... Fingers crossed

Hi guys. I was wondering if you could help me out here. I live in India and gave the LSAT on October 5. Now, according to the Test Dates and Deadlines page, the score email date is 29th. But my LSAT status page says 22nd. Which one is correct? Thanks!
I just logged on to LSAC and my arrows are still showing green. Hopefully the Kaplan LSAT blog is correct that today is the release date!

A few reports on reddit thread that some are getting grey icons... no idea if that's true or not.
Worst case scenario: scores don't come out today because people checking for scores crashed the site.

I'm going to hazard a guess and say we didn't crash the site due to refreshing... Lsac deals with this 4 times a year, number of takers trending down, technology improves year on year... I'm sure we're not the first group to regularly check for score updates

when you handle your score release process poorly your server crashes because of load. I hope this teaches them a lesson. Why don't they just announce the day properly and send the score. It's 50K test takes at most that's not a big load for even a lousy server to handle.

No, this general error issue didn't happen for June. I took it, and got my score right before 4th of July without any issues. I'm freaking out!

For the June one, I got my email a few minutes before it showed up in my account. But the icons turned grey a couple of hours before the score came out.
