This Lawyer Diaries blog post is about one lawyer's pro bono case helping an old man against a contractor's lawsuit. It's an excerpt from Professor Andrew McLurg's 1L of a Ride.
October 2012 LSAT Score Release Dates

Update: For the first time ever (that I know of, anyway), LSAC released scores after the scheduled release date for a test administration. It's important to note that this was in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy (LSAC's office was closed).
Good luck to everyone taking the October 2012 LSAT!
The October 2012 LSAT scores / results are scheduled to be released via email by Wednesday, October 31, 2012, so you'll have to wait for your LSAT score.
However, the scores usually come out a bit earlier than scheduled.
Let's look at the trend over the past several years (click to enlarge):

Kaplan LSAT Proctor Anywhere App
Kaplan's LSAT strategies and techniques leave much to be desired, as I've discussed at length here on LSAT Blog.

It's called the LSAT Proctor Anywhere app.
(That's the link to download it through iTunes for iPhone, iPad, etc. You can also download it in the Android market.)
